Like the bars from the grocery store, but way better!


I could go spend around $2.50 or more on a single bar, or I could make some at home in under 30 minutes and have way more! I think I’ll choose that option.

These bars are simple and delicious. They are grain-free, naturally sweetened and so easy to make!

They’re simple, full of antioxidants, healthy fats, a naturally sourced sweetener and contain no grains but they still make for a perfect snack to hold you over and keep you energized in between meals!

5 Ingredient Nut & Seed Bars

Full Recipe

  • MAKES:  10 bars
  • PREP TIME: 10 min
  • BAKE TIME: 30
  • 1 cup unsweetened large coconut flakes

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional

  • 1/4 tsp salt, optional

  • Preheat oven to 300F. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients evenly.
  • Firmly press the mixture down into the prepared baking dish into a flat layer.

  • Bake for 30 minutes, checking in the last few minutes to avoid any burning.

  • Let them cool completely before cutting into 10 bars, or they’ll probably fall apart while they’re still hot!
