  • PREP TIME: 15 min
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup flax seed meal (ground)

  • 1 scoop collagen powder, optional

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup almond butter, or your fav nut butter

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, flax seed meal, collagen powder and cinnamon.

  • Add in nut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and extracts.

  • Mix it all up until you can pinch it together then shape into even sized balls using your hands. I like to use a cookie scoop to scoop it out so the balls are even.

  • Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to a week!
