I love love love cinnamon and I also love a quick and easy snack….so voila! These little babies were born from my mind.
They’re soft & delicious little bites that are grain-free, naturally sweetened, packed with protein and are SO easy to make. You’ll have to try them just to see!!

Cinnamon Sugar Bliss Balls
Full Recipe
- MAKES: 18 balls
- PREP TIME: 15 min
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup flax seed meal (ground)
1 scoop collagen powder, optional
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup almond butter, or your fav nut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract, optional
2 tbs coconut sugar, for rolling
1 tsp cinnamon, for rolling
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, flax seed meal, collagen powder and cinnamon.
Add in nut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and extracts.
Mix it all up until you can pinch it together then shape into even sized balls using your hands. I like to use a cookie scoop to scoop it out so the balls are even.
Add coconut sugar and cinnamon to a shallow bowl or plate and mix then roll the balls into the mix to coat them all evenly.
Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to a week!
