Project Description

Crispy fish burgers with a nutritious herb blend that pairs perfectly with any side.
OVERVIEW
This is the type of meal that I suggest every time we don’t have any meal prepping and we’re really hungry and need food fast. This tends to happen a lot so yes, we eat this meal a lot too. It’s just so good.
I mentioned that I love my chicken burger recipes, which are similar and just as easy but this was is convenient because I make them with canned fish. I’ve used canned tuna and salmon, both are amazing.
Much like any burger, these are nice because the add-ins are completely up to you. I always try to find a way to add fresh herbs to meal and these burgers are packed with
-
cilantro: helps remove heavy metals from the body, promotes anti-inflammatory health, and lowers blood sugar.
-
parsley: has more vitamin C than most citrus fruits. It boosts the immune system and can prevent many infections, colds, and other diseases.
Plus there’s green onion and seasoning too! You could add seeds, any vegetables, nuts, or even cheese.
I like to eat these burgers with salad or some kind of vegetable that I already have and sometimes I like to fry up some potatoes too as shown in the photo below, I also paired it with a light spinach salad with a quick vinaigrette. A meal balanced in macronutrients, fiber, and nutrients.
