Project Description
A quick and nutritious salad perfect to grab and go!
OVERVIEW
I always struggle to come up with savory snacks that I can take with me or eat without having to cook because sometimes I just don’t feel like cooking! Plus, I always love to snack.
I’m always craving some kind of salty, spicy, savory snack, but then sometimes that’s followed by a sweet craving, which is where snacking gets dangerous. So, here I am, helping all of us be healthy snackers.
Snacking can also be a way to help you improve your productivity with energy, relieve stress, and sometimes prevent you from over eating during you next meal!
Choosing snacks full of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals can help stabilize your blood sugar levels, thus fuel you naturally throughout the day.
Staying hydrated contributes to all of those benefits (and so many more) too!
