3 of my go-to smoothies that are packed with nutrients & flavor!

Great for breakfast or as a quick meal or snack!

Try 1 or all, play around with flavors, and have fun with it! Smoothies are not meant to be boring or plain!

  Cran-Apple Ginger Zinger

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water or water
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 apple, your favorite is best
  • 1 pickling cucumber or 1/3 English cucumber
  • 1 1/2 inch piece ginger
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh turmeric or 1/2 tsp ground
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tsp spirulina, optional

Instructions:

Add everything to the bleander in the order listed and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Green Power Dream

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 big handful spinach
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 1 tbs shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or collagen, optional
  • 1 date or tsp raw honey, optional for added sweetness

Instructions:

Add everything to the blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

 Blueberry Magic

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup coconut water or water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 big handful kale
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Instructions:

Add everything to the blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Enjoy
